Thank you for your web requests received by us on 1 October 2017 asking for information about footfall data at Stratford, Kings Cross / St Pancras and Bank London Underground stations. Thank you for also clarifying your request on 2 October 2017.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1699-1718 Stratford Underground Station Footfall Data. I would be grateful if you could provide a breakdown of the total published footfall for the station between the three ticket halls (Northern, Eastern, Southern) for the time period - Sept 2013 to Sept 2016. If easier, please provide the count data you have for the station and I will sort out what I need.

1700-1718 Footfall date for Kings Cross/St Pancras Underground Station. I assume the monitor the above. I would be grateful if you cold provide me with 2016 footfall date for the station including all entrances/exits and internal count stations. Please provide the count data you have for each station and I will sort out what I need.

1701-1718 Footfall data at Bank Underground Station. I assume you monitor footfall in Bank station. I would be grateful if you could provide me with the latest footfall data for all entrances/exits and internal count stations. Please provide the count data you have for each station and I will sort out what I need.

We do not have by ticket hall data going back for as far as you have requested for Bank station, however we can provide the Rolling Origin and Destination Survey (RODS) data which shows station flows (from platform to platform) by station / time period (smoothed)] for 2013, 14,15,16 for the three stations you asked about.  The data splits entries by ticket hall, but not exits. Please see attached.
