Could you please confirm which Piaggio MP3 models are definitely eligible for the 100% congestion charge discount?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 October 2020 asking for information about Piaggio MP3 congestion charge discount models.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Congestion Charge exemption info can be found on our website:

Specifically for motor tricycles it states:
Motor tricycles
If you have a motor tricycle which is one metre or less wide, and two metres or less long, it is eligible for a 100% discount.
To apply for the discount you will need to provide images of your vehicle (front, back and side) showing the number plate (Vehicle Registration Mark) along with a copy of the V5C registration document (logbook).
You can upload images of these documents as part of your online application, or you can send copies by post or email later on.
Once we've approved your application and your discount is active, you can drive within the zone for free.
