Freedom of Information Request
Request ID: FOI-1406-1819
Date published: 21 August 2018
You asked
F/on from FOI-0798
Please find the revised information request below as per your suggestion.
1. A breakdown of the geographical location (registered keeper of the vehicle location) of all drivers that were charged / invoiced for driving into the congestion zone charging area of London for all years since Congestion Zone charging came into force and the year that the records relate to.
2. A breakdown of the geographical location (registered keeper of the vehicle location) of all drivers who failed to pay the congestion zone charge within the time permitted and who were consequently issued with a late / non payment penalty charge for all years since Congestion Zone charging came into force and the year that the records relate to.
I would also be grateful for a breakdown relating to how much the Congestion Zone charge is, how soon it needs to be paid after entering the congestion zone charging area before the penalty charge is added, how much the penalty charge, what the reduced penalty charge amount is and the reduced penalty charge amount needs to be paid by in order to avoid the increased amount.
