To Whom It May Concern, Impact of Bus Routing in Liddell Gardens and Surrounding Areas I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I seek access to documents and data pertaining to the routing of bus services, specifically Route 28, through Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens NW10, including any internal route analyses, community impact assessments, and communications between TfL and Metroline regarding these routes. Additionally, I request any information on surveys or studies conducted to assess the impact of single and double-decker buses, particularly in relation to speed bumps and potential structural damage to properties in these areas. The specific details of my request are as follows: 1. Copies of any internal route analysis documents that discuss the selection of Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens as part of the light running or regular routes for bus services, particularly Route 28. 2. Any community impact assessments conducted before the implementation of these routes through residential areas. 3. All communications between TfL and Metroline regarding the planning, implementation, and review of bus routes involving Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens. 4. Results of any surveys or studies carried out to test the impact of single and double-decker buses on the structural integrity of houses in Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens, particularly concerning their interaction with speed bumps. 5. Any discussions or reports on alternative routing options for the aforementioned bus routes and the reasons these alternatives were not pursued. Please provide this information in an electronic format. If some parts of this request are easier to access than others, please provide the available information as soon as possible rather than waiting to answer the entire request. If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31 July 2024 asking for information about the Impact of Bus Routing (bus route 28) in Liddell Gardens and Surrounding Areas

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  We do not hold the information you have requested. Your questions and our replies are as follows:

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I seek access to documents and data pertaining to the routing of bus services, specifically Route 28, through Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens NW10, including any internal route analyses, community impact assessments, and communications between TfL and Metroline regarding these routes. Additionally, I request any information on surveys or studies conducted to assess the impact of single and double-decker buses, particularly in relation to speed bumps and potential structural damage to properties in these areas.

The specific details of my request are as follows:
 
  1. Copies of any internal route analysis documents that discuss the selection of Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens as part of the light running or regular routes for bus services, particularly Route 28.

Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens have been part of the scheduled bus route 187 for very many years predating the formation of Transport for London and their use by bus route 28 and we hold no information on the original planning of that route.   
 
  1. Any community impact assessments conducted before the implementation of these routes through residential areas.

  1. All communications between TfL and Metroline regarding the planning, implementation, and review of bus routes involving Liddell Gardens and Doyle Gardens.
