A copy of your Drug and/or Alcohol Testing Policy
If not stated in the policy, the level of alcohol you test for (if any)
If not stated in the policy, a list of drugs you test for (if any)
If not stated in the policy, the lab(s) you use to process these tests.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 August 2021 asking for information about our drug and alcohol testing policy.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached ‘Alcohol and drugs at work – information for managers and employees’ policy which includes information on drugs and alcohol testing.
TfL use a UKAS (https://www.ukas.com/) accredited laboratory guided by EWDTS guidelines (European Workplace Drug Testing Society) – Matrix Diagnostics.
