Transport for London:
• System Service Information Standard (Issue 1)
• Basic Elements (Issues 2-6)
• Colour Standard (Issues 2-3)
• Interchange Signs Standard (Issues 1-4)
• Line Diagram Standard (Issues 1-2)
TfL Rail:
• Basic Elements (all available issues)
• Line Diagram Standard (all available issues)
• Signs Standard (all available issues)
London Underground:
• Signs Manual (Issues 1-4)
London Overground:
• Basic Elements Standard (Issue 1)
• Signs Standard (Issues 1-2)
Docklands Light Railway:
• Signs Standard (Issue 1)
Tramlink:
• Sign Standard (Issues 1-2)
I am not sure if TfL ever produced a design standard for the Roundel (I may have seen one on the website in the past), however if one was produced I would like the current and previous editions of this document.
