Dear Sirs, Please would you provide a summary of the following data relating to Northern Line journeys over the period of 1st April 2023-31st March 2024* 1) The number of journeys which started or ended at West Finchley 2) The number of Service Delay Refunds granted, relating to journeys which started or ended at West Finchley 3) The number of journeys which started or ended at Mill Hill East 4) The number of Service Delay Refunds granted, relating to journeys which started or ended at Mill Hill East * If necessary it would be acceptable to provide a report across an alternative, recent 12 month period such as the 2023/24 Financial Year or 1st January 2023-31st December 2023.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 06 July 2024 asking for information about service delay refunds for the Northern line.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Unfortunately, we do not hold the requested information in the detail required. Existing reports only consider the mode of transport (i.e., LU, DLR etc.) and not a breakdown by line or station.
