Your questions are answered in turn below:

Answer: RATP is the trading name for the operator of London United and London Sovereign, both of which are listed in the original link sent to you, and repeated here:

Question 2. There are no telephone contact numbers listed for Metroline Travel Ltd. or Metroline West Ltd. and would be obliged if you would arrange to forward telephone numbers for these companies.

Answer: TfL does not have contact numbers for Metroline. I can only suggest that you contact them via the details that are already published online. Metroline publishes its contact details here:
