Recently you concluded a recruitment campaign for Service Manager and Network Operations Tactical Manager, with a campaign code 040351. I would like to ask for the anonymised scores of candidates successful at the final stage of the recruitment campaign. By successful I mean those provided with a conditional offer, secondment or otherwise. For example: Candidate A - 50 points Candidate B - 40 points Etc

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 June 2024 asking for information about recruitment campaign 040351.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

 

Recently you concluded a recruitment campaign for Service Manager and Network Operations Tactical Manager, with a campaign code 040351. 

 

I would like to ask for the anonymised scores of candidates successful at the final stage of the recruitment campaign. By successful I mean those provided with a conditional offer, secondment or otherwise. 

 

Service Manager AC3 – 040351

-           Benchmarks for SBI and Timed Questions:

Permanent position - 3's or above across all competency elements, (TfL values - Adaptable, Caring, Open values not used in overall score).

Secondment position - 3's or above, allowing 1 x 2

-           For the second part of AC3 Timed Questions element and in conjunction with the Scenario based questions, below are the scores of the passes (which include secondments as well as permanent hires)
