Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26th June 2022 asking for information about the ULEZ scheme.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please would you render me with the following information; -
1) The total income from the ULEZ charges from the 25th of July 2021 to the 24th of October 2021

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Note that on 25th October 2021 the ULEZ was expanded to cover the area up to but not including the north and south circular roads. As the expansion was new we issued warning notices instead of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) between 25th October 2021 – 21st November 2021. This was to make those entering the expanded zone without payment aware of the need to pay the daily charge. We issued PCNs from 22nd November 2022.
