I would like to know the total number of claims made by the public for damage to their parked vehicles by public buses. In particular the routes operated by Arriva.
I would also like to know the number that were successful and the of those that were not, a breakdown of the reasons why the claim was not upheld.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold information pertaining to claims by members of public in relation to damage caused to their vehicles by buses. These situations are dealt with by the individual bus operators who hold the information. We only hold and publish information about incidents which can be found here https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/bus-safety-data
