As of 25 October 2021, lorries, vans or specialist heavy vehicles (all over 3.5 tonnes) and buses, minibuses and coaches (all over 5 tonnes) have been subject to the London wide Low Emission Zone rather than ULEZ. Please refer to the aforementioned ‘CC and LEZ factsheets’ at: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/congestion-charge
