You asked

Good evening. 20 additional licensing conditions were placed on Uber on 24sep19, and published in an FOI request on 22oct19 (FOI-1893-1920). Can you confirm if there are any additional licensing conditions (above and beyond what is specifically stated in relevant public legislation) placed on Kapten, Ola, Bolt and also on any other major operator in London with more than 1000 vehicles? If there are additional conditions, can you please also publish those for each operator in question.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11th May 2020 asking for information about private hire vehicle licence conditions.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

20 additional licensing conditions were placed on Uber on 24sep19, and published in an FOI request on 22 Oct 19 (FOI-1893-1920).

Can you confirm if there are any additional licensing conditions (above and beyond what is specifically stated in relevant public legislation) placed on Kapten, Ola, Bolt and also on any other major operator in London with more than 1000 vehicles? If there are additional conditions, can you please also publish those for each operator in question.
