You asked

Section 3(4) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 provides for a London Private Hire Vehicle operator licence to be granted subject to “such other conditions as the licensing authority may think fit”. In the interests of transparency, please send me the full list of conditions that each of the following Private Hire Vehicle operators’ current London licences are subject to (including conditions specific to each operator): 1. Bolt 2. Kapten 3. Lyft 4. Ola 5. Uber 6. ViaVan

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

In the interests of transparency, please send me the full list of conditions that each of the following Private Hire Vehicle operators’ current London licences are subject to (including conditions specific to each operator):

1.    Bolt

2.    Kapten

3.    Lyft

4.    Ola

5.    Uber

6.    ViaVan

Of the list provided above we have not licensed Lyft. You can find out whether a private hire driver, vehicle or operating centre is licensed by checking on our website at the following location: www.tfl.gov.uk/info-for/taxis-and-private-hire/licensing/licence-checker.
