Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 April 2022 asking for information about how many fines TFL has issued to consumers for ULEZ offences in in the past six months.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act) and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The latest published factsheet covers the period 25 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 (please see specifically page 4 of 7 of that factsheet for the PCN data you are requesting) but the next quarter’s report will be published at the same location shortly after the data has been compiled. The previous quarter’s data can be also found using the same link.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
