Thank you for your request received on 28 March 2018 asking for information about our fleet.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

Please may you provide me the list of all TFL vehicles, as of 28th March 2018.

Can this please include:
- Vehicle make and model
- Fuel usage/capacity
- Type of fuel (petrol, diesel, biofuel, electric)
- Depot/Station

Please can you also provide information about the current means of refuelling these vehicles? ie. Vehicles are driven to the petrol station, fuel is stored at the depot/station etc.

The majority of refuelling is at service stations local to the worksites, one depot holds a diesel tank for heavy goods vehicles.

Please provide the details of the individual(s) responsible for organising and managing the fuel needs of the TFL fleet in London.

Please also provide information about total annual cost of refuelling the vehicles and what this equates to per vehicle and per litre of fuel bought.

The fuel costs for the period averages out at £1.21 per litre and an average of £1780.00 per vehicle on the existing fleet.
