Season Ticket Retail Sales

Request ID: FOI-5004-1718
Date published: 11 September 2018

You asked

We are looking for the data below: 1) Retail sales of season tickets (travelcards) by month for the past 3yrs. We would need this split by - Product (weekly, monthly, annual) - Sales channel (online, TVM, railway station etc) - split above by Travelcards sold as individual tickets (e.g., Zone 1-4) or as part of a rail add-on (i.e., if you can split out tickets sold on their own or as part of a rail product). Can you also clarify if rail addon travelcards are included in the figures above or not. 2) For anonymised TfL data going back 8 weeks proportion of users who purchase - >1 Monthly; >2 Monthly - >1 weekly; >2 weekly; >4 weekly, >6 weekly, >8 weekly

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
