Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information
In the mentioned period, how much the actual cost of each footage.
Would the third parties information (faces, cars plates) be hidden? and if yes, which software is used?

the number of CCTV footage requests you get from 1/1/2017 until 31/12/2017 from non-public authority channels (individuals, insurance companies).

1200 CCTV footage requests were received in 2017 from non-public authority channels. Once footage is obtained, faces and car plates (other than those involved in the incident) would be hidden using Camtasia Studio software.

Cycle Hire

There were no requests from non-public authority channels.

Emirates Air Line

There were no requests from non-public authority channels.

London River Services

There were two requests in the year from non-public authority channels. Both requests were from our insurers, for the purposes of these requests no information was hidden.

London Buses

We do not hold this information because requests for CCTV footage are dealt with directly by the bus operating companies.

London Underground

We received 136 requests for CCTV images from individuals and insurance companies on behalf of individuals during the requested period.

CCTV footage is redacted to anonymise individuals and car registration plates.
