This is in regards to the Platform to Train (PtT) CCTV systems used.
Sometime known as DOO (Driver Only Operation) or OPO (One Person Operation)
My questions are:
• Which LU Lines use PtT CCTV (or DOO or OPO) systems
• For each line:
o Who was the manufacturer of the equipment?
o Who was the company that installed it?
o When was it installed?
o How many lost customer hours were caused by this system per line for the latest three full years you have information from?
o Who is the company maintains this system per line?

Thank you for your request received on 25 March 2018 asking for information about the London Underground OPO (DOO) CCTV System.

The maintenance tender for this system will be going out soon. I understand that your company is one of the interested parties and so details will be made available to you as per the maintenance agreement.
