Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 March 2018 asking for information about our IT systems.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Please can you provide me with a comprehensive list of all IT systems used across the organisation, including all business applications such as the GIS software or the content management system used.

At the present time we do not hold an up to date comprehensive list of IT systems used across TfL.  As part of the General Data Protection Regulations project we have been updating our systems list with a focus on systems used within Technology & Data containing personal data. However this is currently incomplete and we are unaware of any such list that applies to all of the systems used in TfL. However, below is a list of some of the IT systems we currently use:

Red Dot is our Content Management System.

Crownpeak is used for web quality control.

CX Social is used for publishing and reporting on social media.

Adobe Analytics is used for web statistics.

MS Dynamics for customer contact management.

We are introducing Salesforce for email management, which is currently outsourced.
