Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 March 2018 asking for meeting notes relating to bus stopping arrangements at Nightingale Road.
Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold some of the information you requested. You asked:
Please provide any reports you hold that translate the impact these reports identify onto what the implications for bus routes, frequencies and resources.
Attached are the Network Assessments for the A105 and the A1010 south schemes. These are the only schemes for which Network Assessments have been carried out on thus far.
Please note that names of some individuals and have been redacted from the attachments. This is done in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the processing ‘fair’. This exemption to the right of access to information is an absolute exemption and not subject to an assessment of whether the public interest favours use of the exemption.
Please provide all network assessments you hold for Cycle Enfield. Furthermore, Enfield Council have published an incomplete suite of Traffic modelling reports that were produced by Jacobs. Please provide all Traffic Modelling documents for Cycle Enfield that you hold.
Please can you specify exactly which Traffic Modelling documents you require as your request for all documents is too vague. We may be able to provide Impact Reports if this is what you require.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
