Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

The causes of curtailments can vary, with factors such as road traffic accidents, roadwork’s, and traffic congestion meaning curtailment is required to help regulate a service. The Big Red Book, issued to all bus drivers, provides guidance on what drivers should do if their bus is curtailed. If the bus destination is changed after a passenger has boarded and paid, a transfer voucher is available from the bus driver. This allows passengers, who now need to change buses, to complete their planned journey without having to pay another fare.

You asked:

How often does the 215 not go to the campsite?

Over the course of the past year, there were a total of 17266 trips that were scheduled to go to Lee Valley Campsite bus stop. Of the 17266 scheduled journeys, a total of 16983 (98.36%) were able to reach the final stop of the route (Lee Valley campsite).There were a total of 283 (1.64%) of journeys that failed to reach the last stop on the route.

How many abandoned passengers on this route have needed an ambulance to rescue them in the last year?
How many disabled pensioners have been abandoned on this route in the last year?
