In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, TfL is not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

We do not hold information regarding the percentage market share held by private hire operators.

We do not hold this information as we do not licence taxi companies. We do however approve taxi fleet owners. The majority of the 21,000 taxi vehicles currently licensed are owned and driven by individual licensed drivers. However, some vehicles are owned and maintained by companies and individuals and are rented out to licensed taxi drivers who do not own a vehicle.
