• A40 W2
• Royal Oak
• Pothole
We filtered the cases to those which include both A40/Royal Oak (or variants), as well as pothole. We have then read through the remaining A40 (and variants)/Royal Oak cases for any additional cases about road surfaces. There were a total of 55 cases relating to potholes on the A40. Of the cases identified, it does not mean they refer specifically to the pothole you have identified, only that they are regarding to a pothole somewhere on the A40 in the vicinity of the location identified. It should also be noted that queries regarding roads/junctions may not include the name of the roads concerned, for example they may only refer to a landmark, borough, postcode etc., so there may be further reports however due to the way they have been
