Transport for London, I refer to the forwarded email from yourselves (copied below) and request information concerning any railway or traffic improvements concerning the area of xxxx Sutton Court Road, Sutton, SM1 xxxx. This is to answer a conveyancing Enquiry regarding the same. Please confirm if any Notices have been issued in this regard, to residents at xxxx Sutton Court Road Further any Notices regarding a Community Infrastructure Levy that came into force 2010. Has any communication been sent to residents at Sutton Court Road regarding this? This is an urgent matter so your prompt response is appreciated.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th March 2024 asking for information about past communications regarding railway and traffic improvements in Sutton.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act  and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“I refer to the forwarded email from yourselves (copied below) and request information concerning any railway or traffic improvements concerning the area of xxxx Sutton Court Road, Sutton, SM1 xxxx.

Please confirm if any Notices have been issued in this regard, to residents at xxxx Sutton Court Road

Further any Notices regarding a Community Infrastructure Levy that came into force 2010. Has any communication been sent to residents at Sutton Court Road regarding this?”.

I have been in liaison with relevant colleagues but having carried out all reasonable searches we cannot find any such Notices or communications issued by TfL to residents at Sutton Court Road. I understand that this section of the A232 is in Sutton Council’s town centre redevelopment plans, and it may be possible that the Council has sent communications to residents directly.
