I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect of the following framework agreement(s)/contract(s): • Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract below and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.* • Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date • Start date & duration of framework • Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? • Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Thank you for your request received on 8 March 2018 asking for information about framework agreement 2013/S 207-358944.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

17 companies submitted a completed PQQ submission, these were:

Eight companies were successful at the PQQ stage and were invited to take part in the ITT process, these companies were:

• Absolute Photography Limited
• Aerial Close-Up Ltd
• Andrew Holt Photography
• High Level Photography Ltd
• In-Press Photography Ltd
• Lightfoot
• Photoshot
• TNR Communications

Three companies were successful at the ITT stage and were appointed onto the Framework, these were.

• Absolute Photography Limited
• Aerial Close Up
• In Press Photography.

The Framework was let with four lots from April 1 2015 for an initial three year period until March 31 2018 with an option to extend for a final fourth year until 31 March 2019. TfL is taking up this final year option on the Framework. The overall value of value of the Framework when let over four lots was £3 million. The spend to date for the aerial sub lot from 2015 to date is £24,000.
