where can I find statistics on on-time performance for new cross station overground or would I have to FOI? I'm betting it's way way worse than every other station.

Thank you for your request received on 5 March 2018 and subsequent clarification asking for information about on-time performance for London Overground services at New Cross Station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached the data as requested. We have provided our % T-3 failures – this is how performance is recorded and is explained further in the attached spreadsheet. We have also provided data for Crystal Palace as another destination station so this can be compared to New Cross. In addition, we have also provided reasons for the New Cross delays and cancellations – with explanations for the these delays.
