You asked

A pothole on the near-side lane of the eastbound carriageway of the A12 towards the eastern end of the Green Man underpass was present on the 9th March 2024. The information requested is: 1. How many times was this pothole reported to TFL, either via their web-site or by other means? 2. What was the date of each report? 3. Has the pothole now been repaired and if so, on what date. This information is requested by a member of the general public.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 March 2024 asking for information about a pothole on A12 at Green Man underpass.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
 
  1. How many times was this pothole reported to TFL, either via their web-site or by other means?
  2. What was the date of each report?
TfL received two reports via our Streetcare customer reporting app – these reports were received on 7 March and 26 March 2024.
           Our Customer Contact Centre also received two reports – the were received on 9 March and 27 March 2024.
 
  1. Has the pothole now been repaired and if so, on what date.
     The pot hole at this location was “made safe” on 6 March by our Tunnels contractors and permanently repaired on 28 March.
