I would like to request the following information regarding the Santander Cycles scheme since 2014: The daily hire raw data that includes starting time, starting station, ending time, ending station, as well as whether the hire was done by a member or a casual user. If possible, I would also request a "casual user id" to evaluate the frequency and behavior of each member. Thanks

In accordance with s21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply the requested information if it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

Further, in accordance with s40 of the Data Protection Act, we are not obliged to provide a casual user id as it may allow individuals to be identified.
