Hello Transport for London,
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Transport for London. Please may you provide me with:
1. The number of orders of 'baby on board' badges made every year for the last ten years (2013-2023 inclusive).
2. The number of orders of 'baby on board' badges made in every month of 2023.
3. The number of replacement badges that have been issued every year for the last ten years (2013-2023 inclusive).
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.

These figures are only for requests made to our Customer Contact Centre via telephone or online form. Some stations do hold badges which can be given to customers on request, but these are not recorded. 3. The number of replacement badges that have been issued every year for the last ten years (2013-2023 inclusive).
We do not actively track whether they were replacements or not. Please see the table below, which is the limit of what we can provide. It shows the number of requests each month with a column of singular requests and another with a count of customers who had requested badges more than once from us. These may well be ‘replacements’ but we are not sure.
