Follow-on from FOI-2402-2324: Thank you, that does provide clarity. I will respond to TfL's customer service line about what follow-up actions they have taken - apologies for sending these to you in error.
I accept, but don't agree with, TfL's reason for internally recording my complaints as enquiries on the grounds that they were short. A complaint can be short and I wrote these as complaints. I think that they should have been included.
Due to TfL's internal classification of complaints/enquiries, what I want to know is (change compared to the initial FOIA wording in bold): "In each month since September 2018, how many complaints or enquiries have been made by members of the public about the volume of the public announcements made at Harrow on the Hill station. This excludes pre-recorded announcements and any noise coming from the trains, only those made by an individual speaking into a microphone."
If I need to file this as a new request, or if it goes above the time/cost threshold for FOIA cases, please let me know.
For avoidance of doubt, I am only asking for this information as it is what I wanted to know in my initial FOIA of 10 October, and your response of 18 March shows that the information you provided on 6 November 2023 did not provide me with the information I am seeking.

Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on21 March 2024 asking for information about noise complaints at Harrow on the Hill station. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. Please see the data reported for cases logged as complaints or enquiries in the table below. Our search did not generate results prior to April 2021. There may be cases of complaints about the volume of public announcements (PA) at Harrow on the Hill station that are not categorised the same way in the system. However, to manually review each individual case of customer contact would be manifestly unreasonable.
