Dear FOI officer at TfL,
FOI response on public right of way through Deans Brook.
We have confirmation from Barnet Council that there are no public rights of way through Deans Brook Nature Reserve at Edgware (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deans_Brook). See attached the FOI response from Barnet. This was determined by the Secretary of State in 1997.
"I can confirm that there are no public rights of way through the area in question and no further Sos decisions identified for the area."
Can you confirm that TfL holds the same restriction on public rights of way through Deans Brook nature Reserve at Edgware?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 March 2024 asking for information about No public right of way through Deans Brook at Edgware.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. You specifically asked: We have confirmation from Barnet Council that there are no public rights of way through Deans Brook Nature Reserve at Edgware (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deans_Brook).
