I would like you to confirm what time road closures were in place on the 1st Nov 2023 at Fulham Road. At what approximate timing was the buses (no.14) towards Putney meant to be diverted. According to my understanding this was meant to be at 18.15?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 March 2024 asking for information about road closures – Fulham Road – 1 November 2023.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked: Road Closures Fulham Broadway: I would like you to confirm what time road closures were in place on the 1st Nov 2023 at Fulham Road. At what approximate timing was the buses (no.14) towards Putney meant to be diverted. According to my understanding this was meant to be at 18.15?
The closures were due to a Chelsea FC match at home. The closures were due to go in at 1815, however, like most events of this size it can be very fluid depending on demand in the area.
According to our Bus Diversions Team records, the diversion was called in at 18:23hrs and cleared at 23:08hrs.
