on 19th July 2018 Len Duvall asked the mayor for mitigation and enhancement details and 'a concession for local residents' The response was that further information was available 'in Chapter 2 of an update report submitted as part of the DCO' . A link was provided but this is no longer available Please could you send me the details of this link.
