What was the Expenditure of Congestion Charge Revenue each year between 2003 and 2024 and where was it spent.

Our ref: FOI-4715-2324/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 March 2024 asking for information about Congestion Charging. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Congestion Charging revenue is recorded in our annual statement of accounts.
