I have answered your questions in the order you have asked them.

I would like to know when was the last time the road signs were inspected and how often an inspection is carried out for signs located along the A210 (Eltham Road).

The road signs along the A210 Eltham Road were inspected two weeks ago.  All our signs are inspected every month.

Unlike parking enforcement, where the Department for Transport ( DfT) has issued statutory and operational guidance to authorities, there is no equivalent guidance for the enforcement of moving traffic contraventions. Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for banned turns are issued under the London Local Authorities & Transport for London Act 2003 which sets out the statutory processes we must follow.
