Thank you for your email received by us on 24 February 2018 asking for information about complaints. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your request.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

“Under FOIA can you disclose the number complaints received by TfL from customers specifically in relation Uber London Limited and Hacked customer accounts, between the dates 03/10/17 and 22/11/17”

Between 3 October 2017 and 22 November 2017 our records show that we received one complaint that referred to Uber and a hacked account. In addition to this, 3 customer complaints to Uber were brought to our attention by other Twitter users.
