As there are loads of fake news stories on social media, I'm requesting information to verify if you are actually seeking suppliers to overhaul the Bakerloo line trains.

In his article, he does not provide sources such as the contracts page to allow suppliers to take interest.
I tried looking through the UK government contracts website, and the Bid Stats and found nothing about it.
Can you provide evidence which includes a link to the contracts page or the "prior information notice"?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18 March 2024 asking for information about Bakerloo line trains.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was issued for the Bakerloo Line Upgrade (BLU) on 8 March 2024; see attached. This can also be viewed on the Find a Tender via the link below:
The PIN relates to the Depot and Line-wide Infrastructure Works only and TfL are looking to gather information from the supply chain to establish market appetite.
The tube stock will need replacing however we are not seeking suppliers to overhaul the Bakerloo Line trains as part of this notice.
