How many agency workers worked for TfL in 2023?
In 2023 there were a total of 2816 individual Non-Permanent Labour workers engaged with TfL at some point throughout the year. 2. How many employee grievances TfL investigated in 2023? In 2023 there were a total of 189 grievances raised by all colleagues (TfL staff including agency staff; 27000+ people). We take any grievances raised by our staff seriously and will investigate any incidents raised. 3. How many employment tribunal claim TfL has received from agency workers in 2021, 2022, and 2023? For the years requested there were a total of five Employment Tribunal Claims received from agency workers: 2021 – Two 2022 – Two 2023 – One Please let me know if this is not the information you are looking for.
