Please could I request details of the emergency evacuation procedure for passengers in wheelchairs. Please could you also confirm whether an accompanying risk assessment is available and if so please could you send me a copy.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require.

The information you asked for is available in the Big Red Book which sets instructions and guidelines for all TfL bus drivers. 5th edition is the latest edition we hold.
