Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 February 2018 asking for information about meetings.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information that you require.

Transport for London has had a single meeting with a representative from Empty Trip to provide them with general information on private hire licensing requirements in London. Empty Trip are not currently licensed by TfL as a private hire operator and have not applied.  

Please note that TfL regularly undertakes engagement with a variety of businesses across the taxi and private hire trades but that this should not be interpreted as an endorsement of any product or service.
