Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11th March 2024 asking for information about Customer Service Assistant roles at TfL.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

There are no current recruitment campaigns for CSA roles. When such opportunities arise they will be advertised on our website on the following page:

Turning to your specific questions:
  • Overtime is not guaranteed
  • No enhanced payments for bank holidays are paid but days off are given in lieu
  • Shift allowance is not applicable.
