You asked
I had seen what was on your web pages and found it lacking detail. That is why I asked for ALL the reports and papers that give estimates of the number of vehicles to be covered by the T-charge (and revenues to be raised), along with the impact of the charge on the levels of pollution in London? I imagine that there was a lot more work done in TfL than the skimpy details on the site. At the very least there must have been papers written explaining the estimations made and so forth.
