I can advise that all vehicles must have appropriate insurance in place in order to legally drive on public roads in the UK.

There are various levels of motor insurance a vehicle owner can choose from, which are provided below:

• Fully Comprehensive – this covers damage to third parties and the owners vehicle (including fire damage and theft)

• Third party, fire and theft – this covers third party damage, the owners vehicle for fire damage and in the event of being stolen only

• Third party only – this covers third party damage only (including personal injury)

Further information on the types of motor insurance can be found here: https://www.abi.org.uk/products-and-issues/choosing-the-right-insurance/motor-insurance/

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
