Thank you for your request received on 13 February 2018 asking for information about penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued on Stoke Newington High Street.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Please see the below table for information on the number of PCNs issued between 7 September 2017 and 5 February 2018 in the red parking bay outside Tesco Express on the A10, Stoke Newington High Street. The restrictions here indicate that no stopping is allowed on any day between 7am - 7pm, except between 7am – 1pm where loading is allowed for up to 20 minutes and disabled parking is allowed for a maximum of three hours. The totals are made up of penalties issued for vehicles observed stopped but not loading/unloading and stopped but not showing a valid Blue Badge. Please be advised that we are unable to differentiate between vehicle type.
