You asked
Hi,
In this london travelwatch boards minutes from 2015 - https://www.londontravelwatch.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Board-Minutes-12.05.15.pdf a TFL representative "Ms Cansick" states that "following completion in December
2016 there would be a reduction of road capacity for motor vehicles of 25% within
the inner ring road."
Would you be able to provide me with any further documents and communication around the modelled road capacity changes due to that road modernisation programme?
Thanks,

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 March 2024 asking for information about our Roads Modernisation programme.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with a request if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. In this instance, we estimate that it would take in excess of 18 hours to determine whether we hold the information you have requested which, calculated at £25 per hour for every hour spent on the activities described, exceeds the ‘appropriate limit’.
