Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4th March 2024 asking for information about the speed of vehicles on Warren Road, Twickenham.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“1) For the latest information available, what is the average speed of vehicles travelling along Warren Rd, Twickenham;

2) For the most recent information available PRIOR to Dec 31 2019, what is the average speed of vehicles travelling along Warren Rd, Twickenham.”.

I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. Warren Road, Twickenham, is not part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) and we have not monitored the speed of traffic travelling along it. It is possible the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames – which has responsibility for managing the road – may hold such information. FOI request to Richmond can be made via its website here:
