Thank you for your email received by us on 12 February 2018 asking for information about Quietway designs in reference to your previous request (reference: 2736-1718).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for the following:

Thank you for your response to my FOI request of 24 December 2017. In this you state that "All Quietway designs are required to be submitted to TfL for approval prior to funding being made available to Wandsworth Council for delivery." and also refer to Section 159 of the Greater London Authority Act [1999].

Please send me the final designs for the section of Quietway 4 in the London Borough of Wandsworth running between (a) the junction of Garratt Lane & Summerley Street and (b) the junction of Magdalen Road & Heathfield Road which were approved and signed off by TfL. Please also confirm the date(s) on which these designs were approved and signed off by TfL.

Please find attached copies of designs for Quietway 4 in the London Borough of Wandsworth running between the junction of Garratt Lane and Summerley Street, as well as the junction of Magdalen Road and Heathfield Road, which were reviewed by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 August 2016.
