Thank you for your request received on 9 February 2018 asking for information about framework agreement 2014/S 086-150664.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:
1. Start date & duration of framework
August 2014 – August 2018 (4 years)
2. Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date
Contract Value on Contract Register states £2,625,000
Contract Value within Contract Award Recommendation and Single-Source Justification as follows:
• Lot 1 £679,500
• Lot 2 £411,025
• Lot 3 £1,123,103
• Total £ 2,213,628
3. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
There is no extension clause, the expiry date is August 2018.
4. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
This is a one off project – no retendering required.
5. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract below and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.
The Open procedure was followed therefore there was no PQQ stage.
