Thank you for your email received by us on 26 January 2018 asking for information about the Metropolitan line.

 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I apologise for the delay in replying. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
 
•         What are the SLA's for Met Line Management?
•         What bonuses were paid to Met Line Management last year?
 
The Metropolitan line does not have a Service Level Agreement (SLA).  Instead managers have performance targets which are based on ‘lost customer hours’, which is a measure of the impact on passengers of delays to Tube services. Information on lost customer hours for each line is published in the LU Performance Almanac at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/underground-services-performance
 
The Metropolitan line management changed in September 2017 in line with a company transformation, and five Metropolitan line senior managers received performance awards collectively totalling £19,009 in 2017. These senior managers covered both operations and maintenance.
